摘　　要：目的　实现计算机管理环境卫生监督监测信息 ,提高工作效率和科学管理水平。方法　基于Windows平台和Mi crosoftSQLServer数据库 ,采用客户 /服务器 (C/S)体系结构和用新一代高效面向对象工具Delphi 5 x开发。 结果　 (功能 )该管理信息系统先进实用 ,高效安全 ,满足具备不同条件 (网络/单机 )的省、市、县 (区 )等各级环境卫生监督监测部门管理环境卫生监督监测信息的要求。结论　该管理信息系统为实现环境卫生监督监测信息的电脑化管理 ,推进卫生监督监测工作的规范化。Objective To realize computer management information of environmental health inspection and monitoring,to improve working efficiency and scientific management level.Methods The system is developed with the client/server(C/S)structure and a new high-efficient Object-Oriented tool Delphi5.X,based on Windows' platform and Microsoft SQL server.Results The system meets the needs of information management of the environmental health inspection and monitoring of different levels of environmental health department(Net PC/PC),with characteristics of advanced techniques,good adaptability and practicability,operating easily and simply,data security and information sharing,etc.Conclusion This management informatiin systems offer us the effective,scientific,standardized,modernized means of the information management of environmental health inspection and monitoring.
