益智灵胶囊对小鼠学习记忆能力和胆碱酯酶活性影响

摘　　要：目的 :采用经典学习记忆实验观察益智灵胶囊对小鼠学习记忆能力和胆碱酯酶活性的影响。方法 :用东莨菪碱模型、乙醇模型和氯霉素模型测小鼠学习记忆能力 ,微量羟胺法测定脑内胆碱酯酶活性。结果 :益智灵胶囊明显改善上述 3种模型小鼠的学习记忆能力 ,并能降低脑内胆碱酯酶的活性。结论Objective:To observe the effects of Yizhiling capsule on learning and memory ability and cholinesterase activities in mice model by classic learning and memory tests.Method:Learning and memory ability was examined for mice by scopolamine model,ethanol model and chloramphenicol model.Cholinesterase activities in brain were determined by microdosage hydroxylamine method.Result:Yizhiling capsule could significantly antagonize the decline of learning and memory function induced by scopolamine,ethanol and chloramphenicol in mice. Cholinesterase activities in brain were reduced in comparison with those of model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yizhiling capsule has protective effect on declined function of cholinergic system.
