福建省结核病控制项目痰涂片质量控制分析

摘　　要：目的　对福建省 3个不同类型结核病控制项目进行痰涂片质量控制抽查 ,分析存在的问题 ,以改进痰检工作。方法　抽查不同类型项目各 3个县 ,每个县阳性片 10张 ,阴性片 2 0张 ,按照质量控制标准综合评价涂片、染色、镜检质量。结果　 3个项目涂片与染色质量总体合格率为 94 9%、 88 6 % ,镜检阳性片符合率 96 6 % ,阴性片符合率91 8% ,其中西太区项目涂片镜检符合率分别达 10 0 %、 98 3 % ,省项目阴性片漏检率高达 18 2 %。结论　必须加强与改进目前存在的医务人员痰检质量意识淡薄 ,痰检员未经专业培训 ,染色操作不规范等状况 ,才能提高痰检质量。Objective Analysis of the quality of the ecamination of tuberculosis becillus from sputum smear in 3 TB control project counties in Fujiean province Methods Sampling randomly 3 TB contrd projecl counties and sampling randomly 10 positive sputum direct smears and 20 negative ones in each county according to the standard of the quality-control,evaluating the quality of direct smear,staining,examining by microscope.Results The average rates of direct smear and staining were 94.9% and 88.6% respectively.The positive agreement rates of examining by microscope were 96.6%;the negative ones were 91 8%.The rate of direct smear and examining by microscope in the of TB control project counties Western Pacific Regional Office were 100.0% and 98.3% respectively,the negative rate of fail to examining was up to 18.2%.Conclusions The results showed the quality of smear was correlatied with many reasons.The manage ment of sputum direct smear and staining should be unified,technicians should be trained and quality control should be strengthened.
