摘  要:目的 对比分析直接滴定法与溴氧化法检测四川生产碘盐的浓度差异 ,为“川盐”碘浓度检测方法的确定提供依据。方法 按照LQAS法分别采集自贡 2个盐厂 (A厂和B厂 )碘盐及非碘盐样品 ,同时用直接滴定法与溴氧化法检测 ,比较均值、频数分布的差异。结果 A厂碘盐浓度 ,直接滴定法检测结果明显低于溴氧化法 ,2者均值相差2 4 0 4mg/kg (P <0 0 0 1) ,最低值相差 2 3 5 2mg/kg ,最高值相差 2 1 75mg/kg ,频数分布也呈明显差异。 2种方法检测B厂碘盐浓度差异无显著性意义。结论 对于“川盐”碘浓度的检测 ,以溴氧化法作为检测方法并据之作为判定依据较为合适。Objective To analyse the concentration of Sichuan iodized salt by direct titration and bromine as KI oxidant.and provide the evidence for definition of Sichuan iodized salt detection.Methods Samples were collected from two factories (A and B)by LQAS method and were detected by direct titration and bromine as KI oxidant.the average and frequency of the samples were compared.Results The difference of factory A was significant by two methods.The result of direct titration was significant lower than bromine as KI oxidant.The difference of the average by two methods is 24 04 mg/kg(P<0 001).The difference of the lowest is 23 52 mg/kg and the highest is 21 75 mg/kg by two methods.The frequency of samples had significant difference.Conclusions It is suitable that to select bromine as KI oxidant to detect concentration of Sichuan iodized salt.
