妇女清洁杀菌胶杀灭微生物效果的实验观察

摘　　要：目的　了解妇女清洁杀菌胶的杀菌效果。方法　通过悬液定量杀菌实验、有机物影响实验、稳定实验、对手上自然菌消毒实验 ,检测其对微生物的杀灭效果。结果　当该杀菌胶 10 %浓度时对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用 1min ,或 5 %浓度作用 3min ;30 %浓度对白色念珠菌作用 3min ,或 10 %浓度作用 10min ,杀灭率均大于 99 90 %。 2 5 %小牛血清对其杀菌效果无影响 ,5 0 %小牛血清有轻微影响。该杀菌胶稳定性好。其原液对手上自然菌作用 3min ,杀灭率为 95 2 4%。结论　妇女清洁杀菌胶杀菌效果好 ,稳定好 ,可用于女性阴道消毒。Objective To test the germicidal efficacy of Surete Contraceptive Antiseptic Gel.Methods Killing bacteria by suspension,influence of organic substance on efficacy,stability,and disinfecting hand.experiment Results All the killing rate of Escherichia Coli?Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing 30% Surete Contraceptive Antiseptic Gel for 3min were >99 90%. Containing 25% calf serum had no influence on its germicidal efficacy,containing 50% calf serum had certain influence.Stability of the gel was qualified.The natural bacteria on hand exposed to the gel for 3 min,the killing rate was 95 24%. Conclusions Germicidal efficacy and stability of Surete Contraceptive Antiseptic Gel were qualified.It could used in gynic disinfect.
