摘　　要：目的　探讨轿车高速碰撞过程中安全带的防护能力和致伤效应。　方法　将 2只成年猪用安全带固定于轿车驾驶座椅上进行 44 ,48km/h高速台车碰撞实验 ,观察动物损伤情况。结果　安全带在汽车 44 ,48km/h高速碰撞时对致死性损伤起到了良好的防护效果 ,但其本身可致胸、腹部脏器较严重的钝挫伤 ,主要表现为胸壁挫伤、肺出血、肠道挫伤及撕裂和肾破裂。Objective To explore the protective function and injuring effects of seat belt during high velocity car impact. Methods The high velocity car impact in which the adult pig was fixed on the driver seat by a seat belt was done at the speed of 44 km/h and 48 km/h, respectively, then the injuries were recorded carefully and analyzed. Results The seat belt played an important role in the protection of animal from fatal injuries. However, the seat belt could cause severe contusion of thoracic and abdominal organs itself, which mainly showed the contusion of the chest wall, lung hemorrhage, the contusion and laceration of the intestinal tract, and the laceration of the kidney. Conclusions The protective function of the seat belt should be further enhanced in high velocity impact.
