摘 要:目的为解决植骨材料来源困难 ,本研究利用来源广泛 ,价格低廉的复合异种骨作为植骨材料 ,探讨其替代自体新鲜骨的可能性。方法健康新西兰兔 40只 ,随机分为两组 ,人工造成桡骨中断缺损。A组采用复合异种骨移植 ,B组单纯异种骨移植。采用自体对照法 ,观察实验侧 (右侧 ,复合异种骨或单纯异种骨 )和对照侧 (左侧 ,均为自体骨 )在影像学、免疫学和组织形态学方面的变化 ,各项观察指标进行统计学处理。结果复合异种骨移植侧和自体新鲜骨移植侧 ,各项观察指标经统计学处理 ,无显著性差异。结论本实验使用的新型复合异种骨 ,有诱导成骨作用 ,几乎无抗原性 。ObjectiveTo solve the difficulty encountered in finding of resources for material of bone grafting. As a new kind of bone-implants, the composite xenogeneic bone can be obtained easely and is less expensive .The possibility of its replacement for the fresh-selfbone was explored. Methods Forty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups, artificial fracturing defects of their radii were performed. Composite xenogeneic bone grafting was used in 20 rabbits of Group A; whereas simple xenogeneic bone grafting was used in 20 rabbits of Group B. By adopting an autologous control method, the radiographic, immunological and histological changes were observed on the right experimental side (composite or simple xenogeneic bones) and the left control side (all fresh-selfbones) in parallel. The various criteria of observation were analyzed statistically. ResultsHaving judged from the results of observed criteria, there were no statistically significant differences between the side of composite xenogeneic bone grafting and the side of fresh-selfbone grafting. ConclusionsThe new-type composite xenogeneic bone used in this experiment can induce osteogenesis without barely antigenicity. It opens a prospect to substitute the fresh-self bone graft in the clinical application.
