摘　　要：胜利油区是我国第二大石油基地 ,它的持续稳定发展主要取决于油气藏的经营管理 ,而采油速度是油气藏经营管理的重要指标之一。从胜利油区采油速度的现状出发 ,根据其对油田持续稳定发展的影响 ,对如何确定油区的合理采油速度进行了分析阐述 。Shengli petroliferous area is secondary largest oilfield in our country and its sustained stable growth is mainly dependent to hydrocarbon reservoir management. Production rate is one of the important indices in hydrocarbon reservoir management. Based on the present situation of production rate and its influence on the sustained stable growth, the reasonable production rate of this petroliferous area is analyzed and appropriate countermeasure is put forward.
