异黄樟油素的合成及结构分析

摘　　要：在NaOH与KOH作用下 ,在 2 2 0℃以上使黄樟油素异构化 ,合成了异黄樟油素 ,转化率达 96% ,收率达 95 % ,产品纯度 99%以上。精制产品中反式异构体含量达 95 %。产品纯化后得反式异黄樟油素 ,并进行了IR ,HNMR与MS分析。对其他几种合成方法进行了讨论。Isosafrole was synethesized through the isomerization of safrole with KOH and NaOH above the temperature of 200℃. 96% safrole was converted and the yield was 95%, the purity of the product was 99%. Through distillation, the content of trans-isofrosale reached 95%, The purified product had been indentified with IR, HNMR and Ms. In this paper, some other ways of synthesis were also discussed. ;
