摘　　要：膜蒸馏与传统的蒸馏方法和其它膜分离技术相比 ,具有运行压力和温度低、热能利用率高等优点而被广泛用于海水淡化、超纯水的制备、果汁浓缩、挥发性物质水溶液的浓缩、结晶和分离等方面。因此 。Compared to traditional distillation technology and other membrane separation technologies , the excellent characteristics of membrane distillation are low running pressure?low running temperature and high energy utility , so it is widely used in desalination of sea water? preparation of super purified water? concentration of fruit juice?concentration and crystallization of volatile solution . Especially, membrane distillation can be used in food industry and water processing in Xinjiang .
