油田水套炉盘管失效分析

摘　　要：本文就某油田两台水套炉在检验过程中所发现的盘管泄漏问题 ,通过宏观检验和相关的无损检测结果 ,结合相应腐蚀实验和失效分析 ,指出制造缺陷及应力腐蚀是造成失效的根本原因 ,从而表明严格按规程对水套炉进行定期检验 。The paper analysed the leak accidents of two oil-field water jacket stoves are analyzed in the paper and it indicates that manufacture disfigurement and stress cauterization are the prime causes of invalidation.The regular strict checkout by the rule may prevent such accident from accuring.
