摘 要:聚 β-羟基丁酸 (PHB)是一种可被微生物降解的塑料制品 ,而自然界中存在的可降解PHB的微生物对PHB的降解能力很低 ,很大程度地影响了PHB制品的进一步应用。实验以已证明可以降解PHB的青霉(Penicillumsp)DS970 1菌株作为本试验的出发菌株 ,经过紫外线的照射诱变处理 ,分离得到一种突变菌株DS2 0 0 3。结果表明 ,菌株DS2 0 0 3对PHB的日降解率与原菌株DS970 1相比提高了 7.5 % ,降解等量的PHB所用时间与原菌株相比减少了 3d。为进一步证明菌株DS2 0 0 3在对PHB的降解能力方面具有稳定的遗传性 ,再将诱变后的菌株DS2 0 0 3连续传代 5次继续测定其对PHB的降解率。结果表明 ,DS2 0 0 3菌株连续传代Poly - β - hydroxybutyrate (PHB) is a kind of plastic material which can be degraded by microbe. Natural microbe have very low bio degradable capability. The low biodegradable capability influences the application of PHB badly. The experiment made use of penicillum sp. DS9701 which can degrade poly - β - hydroxybutyrate as the starting strain. In order to increase the biodegradable capability, the starting strain was mutated by the irradiation of the ultraviolet, and the mutated stain-penicillum sp. DS2003 was separated. It was found that the stain DS2003 showed higher degradable capability than that the stain DS9701. The stain DS2003 showed 7.5% increase in degradable capability on the average and showed 3 days decrease in degrading equivalent PHB. It was also found that the stain DS2003 could keep stable biodegradable capability after propagating five times. The results show that the biodegradable capability could inherit steady.
