摘　　要：文中油田是中原油区中部的一个典型复杂断块油田。针对其特点 ,在不同的开采阶段采取了不同的井网调整和挖潜措施。阐述了开发初期基础井网部署与实施 ,开发中期细分层系与加密调整 ,开发后期井网重组与局部调整及现阶段三次采油试验的具体做法 ,成功地提高了采收率 ,且实施效果显著。Wenzhong oilfield is a typical complex fault-block oil reserv oir in the middle o f the Zhongyuan petroliferous province. Different pattern modifications and tapp ing potential measures are adopted at different production phases in the light o f the reservoir features. The concrete methods are set forth that basic pattern arrangement and implementation at early stage, subdivision for the series of str ata and infilling at middle stage, pattern rearrangement and partial modificatio n at later stage and tertiary recovery experiments at the present stage. The imp lemented results are notable, enhancing the oil recovery successfully.
