摘 要:炼油厂“三泥”浮渣经沉降池初步脱水后 ,浮到上层的污油内部含有大量的水、污油和少量的污泥 ,稳定性好 ,进一步脱水很是困难 ,是炼油厂废物处理的难点之一。采用破乳、离心、减压蒸馏等方法处理炼油厂“三泥”的污油 ,并确定了破乳剂 ,最佳的破乳条件和离心条件。研究结果表明 ,该工艺不仅脱水效果显著 ,而且能回收大量燃料油。破乳条件为 :醚型表面活性剂“990 1”和含硅型表面活性剂“SAE”的复配物 0 .10g ,无水碳酸钠 0 .10 g ,搅拌时间 15min。离心条件为 :分离时间 10min ,转速 2 5 0 0 - 40 0After the basic dehydration treatment flotation residue produced by oil refinery on the upper layer still contains water, oil and little sludge. It has good stability, and it is difficult to be further dehydrated, thus it is one of difficult factors for waste treatment in refinery. The flotation residue has been treated by a process that includes demulsification, centrifugation, and reduced pressure distillation. And the optimal condition was gained also.The results show that this process not only has high dewater efficiency, but also can recover oil from flotation residue. The optimum emulsified conditions are : 0.10 g of sodium carbonate, 0.10 g of surface active agents which include polyether and silicon, and 15 minutes for stirring. The centrifugal conditions are that the centrifugal time is 10 minutes and centrifugal speed is 2 500-4 000 r/min.
