摘 要:从积炭、改性剂流失和水热效应 3个方面探讨了丙烯水合醚化催化剂的失活原因。催化剂表面积炭、改性剂流失都在一定程度上影响着催化剂的活性稳定性 ,烧焦再生和补充改性剂只能部分恢复催化剂的活性。水热效应造成的 β沸石晶体破坏、比表面积下降是催化剂失活的主要原因 ,改善 β沸石的水热稳定性是提高催化剂活性稳定性的关键。The deactivation of catalyst for propene hydration etherification was discussed in three aspects: coke deposition, loss of the modifier as well as hydrothermal condition. The activity stability of the catalyst was affected by coke deposited on the surface of catalyst and the loss of modifier. The activity of regenerated catalyst which deactivated during long time operation can only be partially restored through regeneration of coke burning or through the supplement of modifier. The most important reason for the deactivation of catalyst was the structural aging which resulted in the decrease of BET surface area and the loss of relative crystallinity caused by working under hydrothermal conditions. The effective way to increase the stability of catalyst is to improve the hydrothermal stability of β zeolite.
