摘　　要：采用提拉法 (Cz法 )生长了4 5× 4 0mm大尺寸钨酸铋钠 (NaBi(WO4 ) 2 ,简称NBW )晶体 ,探讨了工艺参数和晶体开裂间的关系 ,并根据Brice模型 ,讨论了晶体中的热应力、热应变和晶体尺寸、温度梯度、提拉速度、晶体转速之间的关系 ,设计了生长NBW的最佳工艺条件 :液面上下 10mm内温差为 0 .8℃ /mm ,拉速 2～ 4mm/h ,转速 12～ 18r/min ,冷却速率 2 5℃ /h。Large size (45×40mm) NaBi(WO 4) 2 single crystal was grown using Czochralski method.The relationship between crystal crack and growth parameter was investigated.Based on Brice model,the relationships among the thermal stress and growth parameters such as crystal size,temperature gradient,pulling rate and rotation rate was discussed.Crystal growth procedure was optimized as:temperature gradient 0.8℃/mm 10mm beneath the solid-melt interface,pulling rate 2-4mm/h,rotation rate 12-18r/min and cooling rate 25℃/h.
