摘 要:聚丙烯在室温、空气下 ,通过低能、短时间的紫外光辐照 ,在其分子链上引入了含氧的极性基团。通过 DSC、TG、DMTA等的测试分析发现 ,经过紫外辐照的聚丙烯在聚丙烯 /绢英粉填充体系中具有增容作用。紫外辐照聚丙烯填充体系的结晶度下降 ,热稳定性提高 ,动态内耗下降 ,内耗峰移向高温。绢英粉在紫外辐照聚丙烯基体中均匀分布 ,而在未辐照的聚丙烯基体中 ,明显可见分散不均匀的绢英粉颗粒。The ultraviolet irradiated polypropylene (PP) with the oxygen polar groups on its chain was blended with the inorganic filler STC (Sericite-Tridymite-Cristobalite). The compatibility effect of ultraviolet irradiated PP has been investigated by DSC, TG, and DMTA etc. The experimental results show that for the systems containing the ultraviolet irradiated PP, the DSC degree of crystallinity decreases, the thermal stability increases, the areas of damping peaks decrease and the damping peaks move toward higher temperature. As DMTA results are contrary with the ultraviolet irradiated polypropylene, the ultraviolet irradiated polypropylene has the compatibility effect on the PP/STC systems. Under light microscope, STC disperses evenly in the ultraviolet irradiated PP substrate, but not in the non-irradiated PP substrate. Again this proves that the ultraviolet irradiated PP has the compatibility effect on PP/STC systems.
