摘　　要：基于广义的可持续发展的概念 ,从小城镇的经济、社会、科技、人口、资源、环境、综合管理运行机制等方面出发 ,研究了我国小城镇建设的可持续发展问题 ,提出了符合我国国情的小城镇可持续发展评价方法和评价指标体系 ,为促进我国城镇化的快速、健康。Based on the ideas of sustained development in a broad sense and starting from the angles of economy, science and technology, population, resources, environment and the mechanism of comprehensive management, the paper deals with the question of sustained development in construction of new towns in our country, and puts forward the appraisal methods and appraisal index system for sustained development of new towns, which can be suitably applied in our country. These will be the theoretical basis for government to make policies of sustained development for new towns, and will promote our country to urbanize fast, healthily and efficiently.
