摘　　要：建立了以相对隶属度、隶属函数为基础的多目标决策系统模糊优选的理论、模型与方法 ,提出了主客观相结合的确定目标权重方法 。This paper proposes a fuzzy optimum theory, model and approach for multiobjective decision making systems based on relative membership degree and relative membership function, further, an approach to determinate objective weights are proposed by combination of objectivity and subjectivity. A Case study shows the method is applicable to floodcontrol operation of reservoirs.
