摘　　要：根据砷化镓半导体的光吸收特性 ,设计了一种新型的发电转子温度测量系统 .利用模拟装置 ,在实时、动态、非接触的情况下 ,实现了发电机转子温度检测 。A new kind of generator rotor temperature measuring system is designed based on optical absorption behavior of GaAs semiconductor. With the designed temperature measuring system, under real_time, dynamic and contactless conditions, measurement of generator rotor temperature is carried out successfully.
