摘　　要：结合地理信息系统的环境管理信息系统结构和功能形式 ,以贵阳市的大气环境管理信息系统建设为例 ,具体阐述了GIS基本功能应用 .分析认为 ,深入结合地理信息系统与环境模型 ,才能促进环境管理信息系统向“决策支持”型和“专家”型方向发展 .同样 ,环境信息的收集方式。The new stucture and functions of EMIS were discussed when combined with GIS.The basic functions and applications were presented by example of the practices on Guiyang city.Only to furthe combine GIS with environmental models would develop future EMIS into more advanced forms,such as Decision Supporting System or Expert System.And the the shareness extent,collection form and its further development of environmental informatino would be deeply impacted.
