摘  要:根据Urist等人的方法制备人胚胎骨全脱钙和部分脱钙骨基质明胶(bonematrixgelatin,BMG),同时采用这两种材料修复家兔下颌骨体部1cm×0.5cm大小全层缺损,以自体骨移植和未植骨作对照,通过大体观察,X线观察和组织学切片来评价修复效果,结果显示:植骨组与自体骨移植组修复较好,与未植骨组比较差异有显著意义。说明胚胎骨BMG是一种可供选择的骨修复材料。Completely and partially decalcified human embryonic bone matrix gelatin (BMG) wasprepared according to Urist’s methods and used to repair rabbits’ mandibular defects (1 cm×0. 5 cm). Rabbits with autografts and without grafts were used as controls. The effects wereevaluated by naked eyes, x-ray and histological sections. The results showed: Bone defectstreated with BAG or autografts were repaired well,having significant difference from thosewithout grafts. It is suggested that embryonic bone matrix gelatin is a material of choice torepair bone defects.
