摘　　要：报道应用阴囊隔岛状皮瓣一次性修复重度尿道下裂的手术效果。根据阴囊隔血管的解剖及分布特点，设计两种阴囊隔岛状皮瓣一次性修复重度尿道下裂，共３０例，其中２９例在功能及外观上获得满意疗效，１例并发尿道口狭窄。本方法可靠，易于临床实施。The surgical effect of one-stage correction of severe hypospadia using scrotal septal island skin flap has been reported.According to the anatomy and distributions of scrotal septal blood vessels,two methods of one stage scrotal septal island skin flaps to repair severe hypospadia were designed.and applied on 30 patients.Of them 29 patient acqired satisfactory results both functionally and cosmetically and one patient sufferd from meatal stenosis .It is believed that these methods are reliable,easy to perform and can assure success in clinical implementation.
