经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗前列腺增生症

摘　　要：应用经尿道前列腺电汽化术（ＴＶＰ）治疗良性前列腺增生症５０ 例，手术时间平均４０ｍ ｉｎ，出血量平均６０ ｍ ｌ，术后不需膀胱冲洗，留置导尿管时间平均为３６ ｈ，拔管后排尿通畅，国际前列腺症状评分（ＩＰＳＳ）从术前平均２１７３ 下降至术后３ 个月平均９３，最大尿流率（Ｑｍ ａｘ）从术前平均４２５ ｍ ｌ／ｓ提高至升到术后３ 个月平均１８ ｍ ｌ／ｓ。ＴＶＰ具有疗效显著，并发症少，技术简单易掌握。Fifty cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were treated with a new technique of transurethral electrovaporization of the prastate (TVP).The average operation time was 40 min and the average blood loss 60 ml.The catheter was retained in the urethra for 36 h in average,and the patients could void freely after removal of the catheter.IPSS dropped from 21.73 before the operation to 9.3 three months postoperatively and Q max increased from 4.25 ml/s to 18 ml/s.The proceduce has the advantages of being safe,effective,less expensive and with shorter hospitalization.
