摘 要:系统地观测了磁场作用下气固颗粒系统的流态化过程 ,并绘制了流化特性曲线 ,提出了描述磁场流化床不同阶段特征的 4种状态模型 ,并指出了相应的控制因子 .针对磁稳定流化床的特性 ,研究并揭示了磁场抑制气泡生成的机理 .在1 0 0 mm圆柱型模型机上的实验结果表明 :磁稳定流化床具有很好的稳定性 ,床层内无气泡 ,密度波动小 ,且分布均匀 .The fluidization course of a magnetizable particles under an external magnetic field was observed, and the fluidization characteristic curve of magnetically fluidized bed (MFB) was plotted. Four state models for explaining various features of MFB in different phases were proposed, and the corresponding control factors were pointed out. The mechanism of retarding the formation of bubbles in the magnetic field was researched and revealed on the basis of analyzing the character of a magnetically stabilized fluidized bed. The results from the experiment of φ100 mm model apparatus show that the magnetically stabilized fluidized bed is of good stability and with weak pressure fluctuation and uniform density.
