摘  要:以王庄煤矿 4 32 6超长综放工作面为例 ,分析了超长综放工作面矿山压力显现规律 ,提出了采场顶板的控制措施 .超长综放工作面顶板来压在工作面方向出现不同步特征 ,老顶断裂步距较一般工作面小 .提出主关键层来压的新概念 ,指出回采工作面矿压显现程度主要受主关键层破断的影响 .采用双泵双回路供液系统可以显著提高工作面支架初撑力 。Regarding 4326 super length fully mechanized top coal caving face as an example, the regularity of strata behaviors is analyzed, the measurements of roof controlling are put forward. The results indicate that the weighting interval at 4326 mining face is less than that at an ordinary length face, and in the different position of the super length face, the weighting interval is different. The idea of key stratum pressure is put forward, and the ground pressure is mainly influenced by the breakage of key stratum. The setting load of supports may be significantly improved by using two emulsion pumps in double circuit emulsion supply system, and the roof supporting situation in tip to face area can be also improved.
