摘　　要：总结了控制系统传感器故障检测与诊断方法的发展现状，列举了各种诊断方法的典型应用，对各种诊断方法的优缺点进行了比较，并指出了本领域中有待进一步研究的若干问题，最后探讨了诊断方法在实用化过程小可能遇到的问题及其解决办法。This paper summarized the current status and development of the detection and diagnosis method on sensor failure in control system. Typical applications of these method and comparison of their merits and short comings were presented. The problems that may be occurred in practice and the possible resolution were discussed.
