摘　　要：叙述在前苏联解体１０年后的令天，俄罗斯电力工业在生产运营、体制改革和调度管理中遇到的情况与问题，对我国的电力工业改革有一定的借鉴意义。After 10 years of disintegration of former Soviet Union, the existing situation and problems of exploitation, reformation & dispatching management of Russia Electrical Power Industry are described in detail in this paper.
