摘　　要：文章介绍了门极可关断 GTO晶闸管的“硬驱动”技术之优点 ,分析了“硬驱动”技术作用下 GTO晶闸管的工作特点 ,剖析了“硬驱动”条件下 GTO的关断波形 ,给出了“硬驱动”门极电路的典型结构。The advantage of hard drive technology for GTO thyristor is discussed in this paper.Not only the GTO thyristor's working particularity under the hard drive technology but also the turn off waves shape of GTO thyristor under the hard drive condition are analysed.Further the typical structure of hard drive gate circuit is also given.
