膛炸模式及其机理分析

摘　　要：通过国内外大量膛炸事故的破坏状况与膛炸原因的统计分析 ,本文将膛炸模式归纳为五种类型 :(1)装药设计不当引起火药破碎 ;(2 )冲击载荷引起弹内炸药引爆 ;(3)引信失灵引起弹内炸药引爆 ;(4 )外界激励引起弹内炸药半爆 ;(5 )炮膛不净引起胀膛或炸膛。在此基础上 ,对各种膛炸模式的膛炸原因与机理作了详细分析。By statistically analyzing the causes leading to breech blows and gun damage, five types of breech blows are inducted in this paper, namely, (1) undesirable charge design causing propellant grains fracture; (2) impinging load causing explosive blast in projectile; (3) malfunctioning of fuse causing explosive blast; (4) defect of projectile or explosive causing breech blows; (5) dirty bore causing breech blows. On the basis of the above analysis, causes of breech blows and mechanisms for each type of breech blow are studied in detail.
