摘  要:本文提出在电解加工装置上叠加永磁体磁场的方案 ,分析了在叠加的磁场与阴极进给方向垂直和平行的条件下加工钢质工件时磁力线的分布状况 ;分析了单独叠加永磁场和同时叠加电磁场的区别。试验表明 ,在NaNO3 复合电解液中叠加永磁场加工钢质工件 ,可以显著减小杂散腐蚀 ,叠加永磁场工装结构简单可靠 。A new method is proposed in this paper through the use a permanent magnet in the ECM equipment. Distribution of magnetic flux is analyzed when processing steel workpieces with the direction of applied magnetic field are parallel and transverse to that of the cathode feed. Difference between the addition of permanent magnet with and without electromagnetic field is analyzed. Experiments showed that processing of steel workpieces in a NaNO3 electrolyte combined with a permanent magnet resulted in the reduction of scattered cauterization and it is easy to assemble the permanent magnet fixtures. All these demonstrate that the method is of practical value for industrial applications.
