摘  要:分析了在高温气流中材料表面催化复合反应的基本过程及它和各种因素的关系 ,同时简述了用于研究材料表面催化特性的实验设备 高频感应等离子体风洞。文中给出了在高频感应等离子体风洞中测得的三种材料的催化复合系数γ及催化复合反应速率常数kw,并对催化材料的选择等有关问题进行了讨论。A small RF inductively heated plasma wind tunnel has been developed for the purpose of testing materials, especially with respect to the catalytic behavior of their surface when heated by a dissociated gas stream. This plasma wind tunnel can avoid contamination of the gas stream by electrode materials, so it can be used for the experimental studies on surface catalytic effect of materials. Catalytic behavior of three materials have been measured with the plasma wind tunnel and measurement setup. The relationship between the catalytic effect of material and various factors (characteristics of material, temperature and pressure of gas and surface temperature of material) has been discussed.
