摘　　要：[目的]探讨蜂针治疗类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的作用机理。[方法]注射弗氏完全佐剂建立佐剂性关节炎(adjuvantarthritis,AA)模型,观察蜂针对AA大鼠病变关节的外观变化和对滑膜超微结构的影响。[结果]蜂针组能抑制AA大鼠的原发(右足)和继发(左足)病变的足肿胀度(与正常组比P>0.05,与激素组比 P<0.01);蜂针组大鼠结节发生率明显少于模型组和激素组(P<0.01);蜂针组的滑膜细胞炎症水肿和纤维组织增生不明显,各细胞器功能接近正常。[结论]蜂针治疗AA大鼠可能通过减低滑膜细胞的病理损伤达到抗炎消肿的治疗作用,并优于激素治疗。ive] To explore the therapeutic mechanism of bee-sting therapy in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA) . [Methods] One hundred and twenty Wistar rats were randomly allocated to four groups: bee-sting group (Group A) , hydrocortisone group (Group B) , model control group (Group C) and nor mal control group (Group D) . Rat models were established by intracutaneous injection of Freund's adju vant. Peripheral length of forefoot and posterior limb, the incidence of tubercles and the morphological features of synovial joints under transmission electron microscope were observed. [Results] The primary swelling in right forefoot and the secondary swelling in left forefoot were improved in Group A, the differ ences was significant as compared with Group B ( P < 0.01). And the incidence of tubercles was reduced as compared with Group B and Group D (P<0.01). Inflammation and proliferation of fibrous tissue in Group A were not obvious and organelle function of synoviocytes remained normal. [Conclusion] The ef fect of bee-sting therapy for RA is superior to that of hydrocortisone and its mechanism is probably related to the reduction of the pathologic damage of synoviocytes.
