温通针法预防大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨温通针法预防大鼠应激性胃粘膜损伤的作用。方法 :选健康Wistar大鼠 80只 ,分正常对照组、模型对照组、热补针法组、捻转补法组。以血清及胃粘膜组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血浆及胃粘膜组织丙二醛 (MDA)的含量、粘膜损伤指数为效应指标。结果 :针刺可明显地提高血清及胃粘膜组织SOD的含量 ,降低血浆及胃粘膜组织MDA的含量 ,减轻胃粘膜损伤程度 ;且温通针法优于捻补针法 ,二者相比差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。Purpose To investigate the preventive effect of warming-dredging needling method on stress lesion of gastric mucosa in rats. Methods Eighty healthy Wistar rats were divided into warming-dredging needling method group,Twirling-reinforcing needling method group,model group and normal control group.The changes of the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and gastric mucosa,and malondialdehyde(MDA) in plasma and gastric mucosa,and the lesion-indexes were measured.Results Acupuncture could obviously increae the SOD contents of serum and gastric mucosa,and decrease the content of plasma MDA and lesion of gastric mucosa.However warming-dredging needling method was better than twirling-reinforcing needling method with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture can relieve the stress lesion of gastric mucosa possibly by improving the blood supply of the gastric mucosa,activating SOD and inhibiting the lesion of free radicals in gastric mucosa.
