摘　　要：阐释了日本银针浅刺轻针法的诊疗特点及其建立在《内经》、《难经》上的理论基础。该法通过切尺部、三脘部、水分部、项背腰胁部、寸口脉等部位获取信息 ,综合分析作出诊断 ;以健脏助病脏为其基本治则 ,施针则用银质毫针浅刺轻针腧穴。此诊疗法目前在国内尚较少应用。Characteristics of diagnosis and treatment with Japanese silver-needle shallow and slight puncture method and the basis of theories established on The Yellow Emperors Internal Classic and The Classic on Medical Problems were explained.The information was attained by pulse-taking on Chi,three Wan,Shuifen,nape,back,lumbus and costal regions,Cun Kou and other parts,and after comprehensive analysis the diagnosis was made;Strengthing the viscera and supplementing the affected Zang-organs were used as basic therapeutic principle,and silver filiform needles were used for shallow and light puncture of acupoints.The method is few applied in our country at present.
