拔罐疗法对人体局部血红蛋白的影响及分析

摘　　要：目的 :观察拔罐疗法对人体局部血红蛋白的改变及变化规律。方法 :采用现代物理学的光谱技术 ,以人体皮肤局部血红蛋白变化作为定性和定量指标。结果 :拔罐能够使局部组织的血氧状态发生改变 ,主要是氧合血红蛋白和脱氧血红蛋白的明显增加 ,并呈现动态变化 ,即上升到一定高度后较平稳地维持 ,启罐后有所下降 ,但仍然维持在一定高度的曲线变化。并且 ,氧合血红蛋白及脱氧血红蛋白二者关系密切 ,氧合血红蛋白增加量大大高于脱氧血红蛋白。结论 :拔罐使局部组织处于高供氧低消耗状态 ,其对局部组织的作用是良性的 ,极其有利于新陈代谢的改善。Purpose To observe change regular pattern of local hemoglobin of human body in cupping treatment.Methods Spectral technique was adopted and changes of human local skin hemoglobin were used as qualitative and quantitative indexes.Results Cupping could change state of blood oxygen of local tissue,manifesting as obvious increase of oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin with dynamic change,that is ,it kept steady at the level when it was increased to a certain height,and it was reduced by somewhat and kept the curve changes at a certain height after the cup was removed out.There was closely relation between oxyhemoglobin and deoxyhemoglobin,and the increase of oxyhemoglobin was much higher than that of deoxyhemoglobin.Conclusion Cupping can make local tissue at a state of high supply and lower consumption of oxygen which is beneficial to improvement of metabolism.
