摘 要:目的:用毛细管区带电泳法同时分离分析5种抗精神病药物。方法:采用未涂层石英毛细管柱(50μm×53cm,有效分离长度为47.5cm),以150mmol·L-1乙酸钠(用磷酸调pH为2.7)为运行缓冲液,电迁移法进样(10kV,10s),运行电压为18kV,检测波长为254nm。结果:方法分离效率高,精密度较好,所选浓度范围内线性关系良好,r值均大于0.999。 结论:方法简单可靠,分析时间短,可同时分离分析5种抗精神病药物。Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of five antipsychotic drugs by capillary zone electrophoresis. Methods: The separation was performed on a fused - silica capillary of 50 μm × 53 cm (47.5 cm of effective length) , a running buffer containing 150 mmol·L-1 sodium acetate (pH was adjusted to 2.7 with phosphoricacid) was used . Samples were injected by electrophoretic mode (10 kV, 10s). The applied voltage was 18 kV and the detection wavelength was set to 254 nm. Results: The method was efficient and has good reproducibility and linearity ( r > 0.999 for all analytes) . Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and reliable.
