摘　　要：目的 :选择云南红豆杉高紫杉醇含量细胞系。方法 :根据色泽、质地、生长速率和分泌有色物质等性状 ,将不同的小细胞团挑出、单独培养 ,并对其进行生长分析和紫杉醇含量测定。结果与结论 :通过仔细选择 ,可以得到紫杉醇含量高的细胞系 ;颜色深、生长慢、干重 /鲜重比值高的细胞系紫杉醇含量常常较高。Objective: To select high taxol content cell lines of Taxus yunnanensis . Method: Choosing different cell aggregates according to their color, texture, growth rate and secretion of colorful substances, culturing them separately, and further analyzing their growth rates and taxolcontents. Result and Conclusion: Cell lines with higher taxol contents could be obtained by careful selection; those with darker color, lower growth rate and higher ratio of dry cell weight vs. fresh cell weight usually has higher taxol contents.
