穴贴定喘膏抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　观察穴贴定喘膏的抗炎作用。方法　用醋酸造成小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加和用巴豆油造成小鼠耳壳肿胀模型。穴贴定喘膏经皮给药后 ,分别测定小鼠腹腔透出伊文思蓝的含量及小鼠耳肿胀值。结果　穴贴定喘膏能明显降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性 ,并能抑制小鼠耳肿胀。OBJECTIVE To observe the anti inflammatory effect of Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster. METHOD Acetic acid was used to increase the permeability of mice abdomen capillaries and croton oil was used to make mice external ear swelling model. After the application of Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster, the content of Evans blue permeated from the mice abdomen and the degree of mice external ear swelling were determined respectively. RESULT Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster could markedly reduce the capillary permeability of mice abdomen and inhibit the swelling of mice external ear. CONCLUSION Xuetie Dingchuan Plaster has certain anti inflammatory effect.
