摘  要:目的 探讨针刺对缺血再灌注脑损伤的治疗作用机理。方法 采用闭塞大鼠四动脉的全脑缺血及再灌注模型 ,观察缺血及再灌注脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH px)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化 ,以及针刺对缺血再灌注大鼠进行治疗后对该 2项指标的影响。结果 GSH px活性在脑缺血过程中首先代偿性升高 ,再灌注后下降。MDA含量随缺血及再灌注后逐步升高 ,针刺后GSH px活性升高 ,MDA含量下降 ,均以缺血再灌注 3h后针刺更为明显。结论 缺血再灌注造成了更为严重的神经细胞的延迟性损伤 ,针刺能增强自由基清除酶的活性 ,抑制自由基的生成 ,有利于减轻损伤程度 ,且以缺血再灌注OBJECTIVE To investigate into the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic reinstillation cerebral damage. METHOD Whole brain ischemia and reinstillation models were used to observe the changes in the activity of GSH px and the content of MDA and the effect of acupuncture on the changes of these two indexes after acupuncture treatment. RESULT The compensatory increase of activity of GSH px first occurred followed by its decrease after reinstillation. The content of MDA increased gradually with ischemia and reinstillation. After the acupuncture treatment, the activity of GSH px increased and the content of MDA dropped, and this was most prominent 3 hours after ischemia and reinstillation. CONCLUSION Ischemia and reinstillation cause more serious delayed damage to the nerve cells. Acupuncture can increase the activity of scavenger enzyme of free radical and inhibit the growth of free radical, thus reducing the damage. Better result can be obtained by giving acupuncture treatment 3 hours after ischemia and reinstillation than giving the treatment immediately after ischemia and reinstillation.
