中西医结合治疗异位妊娠疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法９８例异位妊娠患者分为２组，对照组 ４８例口服米非司酮，每日２００ ｍｇ，共６００ｍｇ。治疗组 ５０例，口服米非司酮配合中药异位妊娠方联合治疗，连服７～１０日。结果 治疗组较对照组能明显缩短血绒毛膜促性腺激素（β－ｈＣＧ）降至正常范围的时间，减少住院日（Ｐ＜０．０１），提高治疗成功率。结论 口服米非司酮配合中药治疗异位妊娠，疗效高，副作用小。Objective To evaluate the effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and West-ern Medicine on heterotopic pregnancy. Method 98 patients with heterotopic pregnancy were allocated to control group ( n =48), which was treated by routine methods (Mifepristone) and treatment group ( n = 50), which was treated by integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Results Recovery Time to normal range of Beta - hCG in treatment group (16.98 +- 8.78) wassignificantly shorter than that in control group (23.68 +- 11.20, P < 0.05). Conclusion Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can produce better effect on heterotopic pregnancy.
