甘利欣联合利肝隆冲剂治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察甘利欣联合利肝隆冲剂治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组 ５０例应用甘利欣（甘利欣泣射液 １５０－２００ｍｇ，每日 １次静脉滴注；肝功能正常后改用甘利欣胶囊 １００ ｍｇ，每日 ３次）联合利肝隆冲剂（每次 １０ ｇ，每日 ３次）治疗。对照组５０例应用益肝灵（每次 ２片，每日 ３次口服）联合茵栀黄注射液（３０ｍｌ，每日 １次静脉滴注）治疗。２组均 ２个月为 １个疗程。观察对比２组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率９０％。对照组总有效率６２％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），治疗组优于对照组．结论 甘利欣联合利肝隆冲剂，在抗肝细胞损伤、稳定肝细胞膜、恢复肝功能等方面有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the treatment effect of Liganlong instant powder and Ganlixin to chronic hepatitis BMethods To make comparative observation, So cases in the treatment group were treated with Ganlixin and Liganlong instant powder, the control group 50 cases was treated with yigan ling and Yinzhi-huang.Results In treatment group, the effect of 25 cases are evident,20 cases are effecacious,5 cases ineffective, the general effective rate is 90% ; In the control group, 15 cases are evident, 16 cases are efficacious, 19 cases ineffective, the general effective rate is 62% .The general effective rate of treatment group is superior to the control group( P < 0.05) .Conclusions The method can produce the better curative effect in protection the liver cell against injuring,stabilizing liver cell membrane,recovering liver function and other respects.
