摘  要:通过对 C3植物在旱季和雨季的碳同位素测定 ,在尽可能将其它因素影响分离开的自然环境下 ,主要研究了降水因素对植物碳同位素组成的影响。结果显示 ,C3植物在旱季的 δ1 3 C组成较雨季明显偏重 ,同时发现 ,不同植物种的 δ1 3 C组成在旱季与雨季中的变化程度不一样 。Variations in plant δ 13 C from the most previous studies not only made a contribution to moisture, but also to other environmental variables, so, moisture effects may have been confounded by other variables. If we can separate moisture effect from other factors in natural conditions, we may be able to get a better result about the effect on plant δ 13 C. Based on the idea, we measured δ 13 C of seven C3 plant species in dry and rainy seasons in Baiyin, Gansu, Northwest China. The present survey shows that all these plant species have their δ 13 C heavier in dry season than in rainy season, and that difference between the mean δ 13 C of plant species was up to 1 8‰. It demonstrates that δ 13 C of C3 plant increases with decreasing moisture. On the other hand, the δ 13 C variation extent of plant species was different from each other, which suggestes that response of δ 13 C of each plant species to moisture change was not the same in degree.
