环洞庭湖区域经济发展战略研究

摘　　要：从三个层面探讨环湖区域经济发展战略。宏观上应努力构造环洞庭湖经济圈 ,并确立其空间开发次序和重点 ;中观上应形成环湖综合性的交通运输体系和强大的工业开发轴带 ,加快环湖区农业产业化进程 ,建立和完善环湖区的金融、贸易和旅游走廊 ;微观上应加强行业 (部门 )的重组与改造 ,加快生产经营模式的转换 ,促进环湖区经济与资源、环境协调发展。The strategies for developing the regional economy of the Pan Dongting Lake area are explored in three aspects. Macroscopically the economic zone around Dongting Lake should be built up and the developing order in space and focus points be set up. Midscopiccally a comprehensive transportation system and a strong industry developing belt should be established, the process of industrializing agriculture be accelerated, the tourism, finance & trade circles of the area be established and improved. Microscopically the reform and reconstruction of the various trades and departments should be reinforced and the shift of theproduction and management mode be accelerated and the coordination development of economy, resources and environment be promoted.
