摘　　要：文章在分析了烟台市改革开放以来农业结构变动特点的基础上 ,深入研究了不同阶段引起农业结构变动的主要原因和存在的问题。指出现阶段烟台市农业结构性问题是长期以来积累的生产结构与市场需求结构以及生产结构与资源结构的矛盾在多种因素影响下的全方位体现。提出了从市场需求出发 ,立足资源优势 ,优化农业生产结构 ,改善农业组织结构等新形势下农业结构的调整思路。The essay studies deeply the main causes and problems of the agricultural framework in the different periods on the basis of the characteristics of the changes of the agricultural framework since the reform and opening-up of Yantai. It points out that in the present period the problems of Tantai agricultural framework reflect totally the long-timed accumulated contradictions of the productive structure and the marketdemanding structure. It presents the new ways of the agricultural framework coordinations on the basis of the market-demanding , the resource advantages, the agricultural productive structure and the agricultural organizational framework .
