摘　　要：旅游资源是一个地区旅游业发展的重要基础 ,尤其是对桂林这样一个资源驱动型的旅游地来说 ,旅游资源开发利用与合理保护直接关系到其旅游业发展的兴衰。文章在对大桂林旅游资源的实地考察和文献分析基础上 ,首先对桂林市旅游资源的开发利用现状进行评价 ,并对桂林旅游资源的区际比较优势与劣势进行了分析 ,接着找出了其在开发利用与保护过程中存在的问题 ,最后针对发现的问题提出相应的对策建议。Tourist resources is an important basis for the development of a region's tourism,especially for Guilin, a resources-driving place. Whether tourist resources is exploited , utilized and protected reasonably or not is of vital importance to the tourism development. Based on our on-the-spot investigation and reference analysis of Guilin's tourism resources, this paper firstly evaluates the current situation of the exploitation and utilization of the tourism resources of Guilin and makes a contrast between the tourism resources of Guilin and others,then finds out some problems lying in the exploitation ,utilization and protection of it , finally puts forward some countermeasures and proposals,expecting to have some guiding effect on the healthy development of the tourism of Guilin.
