摘　　要：本文提出“农业科技创新的扩散”概念和农业科技创新的扩散与要素流动相结合的思路 ,以此在机理上研究我国农业科学技术发展落后、农业科技发展和实用低效率结合与农业发展落后问题。In this paper,we build the concept of “diffusion of agricultural scientific and technological innovation” and follow the path of combination of innovation diffusion and factor flow. Beyond this,we access the problems of our agricultural science and technology and its inefficient utilization,agricultural resource allocation.
