摘  要:采用将代森锰锌酸解,以丙酮吸收分解产物CS_2,用气相色谱FPD测定CS_2量的方法,测定了代森锰锌在西红柿和土壤中的残留量,结果表明,代森锰锌在西红柿中的半衰期为2~6天,第三次施药后8~9天,测得西红柿中残留量为0.2~0.4ppm。因此,成熟时收获食用安全。土壤在施药27~29天后,残留量为0.008~0.3ppm。The extract of Mancozeb ingradint was treated with acid, then the product of the decomposition,CS_2 was absorbed by acetone. The amount of CS_2 was measured with gas chromatography FPD.The half-life of Mancozeb in tomatoes was 2~6 days. The residues in tomatoes at the 8~9th days after application were 0.2~0.4ppm and the residues in soils at the 21~29th days after application were 0.008~0.3ppm. The results of residue analysis accord with the standards of FAO/WHO.It could be concluded that Mancozeb belongs to the kind of safe fungicides.
