摘 要:介绍韶钢焦化厂回收系统萘氨洗涤工序采用轻质焦油终冷洗萘、水洗氨工艺 ,洗涤氨水含油较多 ,原有刮萘槽除油效果不好 ,洗涤氨水含油高达 148.0mg/L .通过应用隔油沉淀池代替刮萘槽 ,将氨水中的焦油分层排除 ,氨水含油量降低了 87.7mg/L ,从而提高了回收系统外排废水的质量 .隔油池的应用还提高煤气洗氨效率 ,使煤气洗氨后含氨量降低了 0 .0 0 9mg/L ,每月可回收焦油 6t,当年创经济效益 2 3.5 3万元 .A number of problems were encountered with the naphthylamine coke washing process employed in the recovery system at the SISG's coke plant, namely, too much tar oil (148.0 mg/L) entrapped in the effluent ammonia water and poor oil_removing capability of the naphthalene stripper. By using a tar_isolating sedimentation tank in place of the conventional naphthalene stripper to remove the tar oil in the effluent ammonia water, the oil content in the ammonia water was reduced to 87.7 mg/L, thus markedly improving the quality of the effluent water of the recovery system. As much as 6 tons per month of tar oil could be recovered, and an annual economic benefit of 235?300 RMB obtained in the year when this tar_isolating tank was first put into operation.
