摘  要:试验采用组织培养技术,以小麦未成熟胚、烟叶组织及胡萝卜无性细胞系为材料,研究其在含不同浓度的重金属培养基中生长和分化的影响。结果发现:烟叶组织对几种重金属的富集能力不同,其顺序为Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>As^(3+)>As^(5+)>Pb^(2+),而它们对于烟叶组织的毒性效应依次为As^(3+)>As^(5+)>Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>Pb^(2+)。由此看出,对离体组织毒害的强弱并不完全取决于累积数量。In order to conduct further research on the mechanism of the poisons of heavy metals (Cu, As, Cd, Pb)to plant tissue and plant cell, tissue culture method was used in the experiment. Immature embryos of wheat, leaf tissue of tobacco and somaclonal cell of carrot were incubated in the media containing various concentrations of heavy metals. It has been found that the accumulative amounts of heavy metals in the leaf tissue of tobacco is different. The order of accumulative amount is as following, Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>As^(3+)>As^(5+)>Pb^(2+). But the order of poisonous effect to leaf tissue in tobacco is As^(3+)>As^(5+)>Cu^(2+)>Cd^(2+)>Pb^(2+). These facts indicate that the poisonous extent does not depend on the accumulative amounts of heavy metals.In addition, restorative ability or plant tissue sue which was suffered in heavy metals poisonhas also been preliminarily tested.
